janetNew Outlook Homecare is so excited to welcome Janet Mayo as our new office manager. With the end of 2018, we bid farewell to Raquel Crowley. Raquel had an opportunity to rejoin her previous employer in a full-time role. She will be missed and we wish her well in her new venture.

Janet joins us with over ten years experience in office management.  She has experience working for a non-profit organization, a financial advisor, as well as a long-term care insurance company. Her expertise in customer service, bookkeeping, technology, and process improvements will be utilized to ensure great service to all of the New Outlook Homecare’s clientele.

Janet was particularly interested in working on behalf of the elderly and at New Outlook Homecare, specifically, after experiencing the special relationship that her aunt has had with her own home health aide.  The aide has helped her aunt and all of the family members in many ways for over five years.

Janet lives in Sharon, MA with her husband, two children and her yellow lab.  In her spare time Janet enjoys long walks, puzzles and trivia, and spending time with friends. We are thrilled to have Janet on the team. Welcome!

raquelWe are pleased to welcome Raquel Crowley as our new Office Manager. Raquel comes to us with over 15 years of office administration experience including human resources, accounting and payroll.  She brings to New Outlook a vast knowledge of working with customers, communicating effectively with a team of office personnel, onboarding new hires and handling all aspects of office finances.

Raquel has four children and has lived locally for most of her adult life.  She was raised in Spain as a young child and her parents currently live there. She is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her active family.  She enjoys working in her yard, cooking, and anything outdoors.

When she was young, one of her first jobs was working in a local nursing home as a nurse’s aide assistant. She loved interacting with the residents and hearing the wonderful stories that they loved to share.  She would look forward to seeing them and being there to listen and assist them. This was one of the reasons that she looked forward to working at New Outlook Homecare and being a part of our organization. We are thrilled to have her a part of our team.

rhonda2We are thrilled to have a new employee on staff. Rhonda Alward has joined New Outlook Homecare as Office Assistant. She joined us on December 5, 2016.

With more than 35 years experience in the clerical, administrative and Human Resources fields with both front line and management experience, Rhonda has worked with various government departments and agencies within the Province of New Brunswick, Canada.

In addition to her work experience, Rhonda has been an active volunteer within her community as well at the Provincial level including, NB Adoption Foundation and NB Special Olympics. She is married and has two adult sons.”
